Shipping
We ship Australia wide. All orders are dispatched from Sydney, NSW. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees apply to all orders. As e-bikes are bulky freight items, rates vary depending on your postcode. You will see the exact shipping cost before you confirm payment.

- Accessories — standard shipping rates apply
- Free shipping is not available at this time

Delivery Timeframes
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we aim to dispatch within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro NSW — 3–5 business days
- Interstate metro — 5–8 business days
- Regional and remote areas — 7–14 business days
These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, high demand periods, or circumstances outside our control. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bayridersco.com.au with photos or video showing the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Please do not discard the original packaging until the issue is resolved, as it may be needed for a freight claim.
Returns
We do not offer change-of-mind returns. All Bayriders Co. e-bikes are sold new with 0 km on the clock. Once a bike has been ridden, it cannot be returned or resold as new, and we are unable to accept it back under any change-of-mind basis.
Returns are only accepted where an item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or not as described — in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the nature of the fault, this may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
Please contact us at info@bayridersco.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or video. We will respond within 2 business days.
Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by Bayriders Co.
Items We Cannot Accept Back
We are unable to accept returns on:
- Bikes that have been ridden, registered, or modified in any way
- Items returned without original packaging and accessories
- Change-of-mind requests for any reason
