How long does the battery take to charge?
Approximately 8 hours for a full charge from flat using the included 110–240V / 54.6V 2A charger.
How far will it go on a charge?
50–70 km in pure electric mode on the 48V 18.2Ah battery. Real-world range varies with rider weight, terrain, tyre pressure and assist level.
Can I get it assembled?
The bike arrives 95% assembled. Final assembly takes around 15–30 minutes and requires basic tools (included in the kit). A full assembly service is also available — get in touch and we'll arrange it.
